Biden Flouts the Supreme Law of the Land

In his 2024 State of the Union Address, President Joe Biden vowed to codify abortion as a right, urging for a Democrat-controlled Congress to reinstate the overturned Roe v. Wade decision. However, this move contradicts the Supreme Law of the Land and the designated powers of Congress. Voters are advised to consider candidates’ positions on this issue and vote accordingly.

Is the Johnson Amendment Constitutional?

Why I will NOT vote for Mike Pence

Pence was never on our side, the side of the people who elected Donald Trump in 2016. Did he have the authority to delay certification and require validation of elections in suspect states? Yes, unquestionably. The 12th Amendment stipulates, “the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote.” The chief authority over the certification of Presidential elections is the “President of the Senate,” a prescribed duty of the Vice President, as per Article I, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution: “The Vice President of the United States shall be President of the Senate…”

Our Texas State GOP Platform features four planks — 155, 156, 157, & 158 — that represent the majority of voters in Texas on the issues of homosexuality and gender. The Texas platform is truly grassroots from the precinct conventions, to the county and senate-district conventions, to the final product approved by the delegates to the 2022 Texas State Convention. I serve on the platform committee, representing Senate District 2.
