President Donald Trump,
Thank you for the many and wonderful things you have done for my beloved United States of America. The federal judges you appointed and were subsequently seated on various courts, including the Supreme Court have the potential to preserve our republic for at least another generation.
Thank you for your constitutional implementations of policies and the beginnings of a wonderful and durable fence to protect our southern border.
It was not a light thing for me to do this week. I removed the Trump sticker from my car.
In a Politico story dated 16 Dec 2022, I learned how you hosted a Log Cabin Republican gala at your Mar-a-Lago estate.
“We are fighting for the gay community, and we are fighting and fighting hard,” the former president and 2024 candidate said. “With the help of many of the people here tonight in recent years, our movement has taken incredible strides, the strides you’ve made here is incredible.”
According to the news story, you have “gone further on LGBTQ rights than many others in the GOP.“
The natural rights of all Americans are denoted in our U.S. Constitution. The Fourteenth Amendment guarantees equal protection under the law to all persons within our national boundaries.
What are the objectives of the LGBTQ activists?
- Indoctrinate children to homosexuality
- amend the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to include sexual orientation and gender identity among prohibited categories of discrimination, “legislation would apply to areas of “employment, housing, access to public places, federal funding, credit, education, and jury service.””
- suppress our First Amendment rights of expression, religion, and association
- disarm Americans contrary to Amendment II.
- federalize marriages
Article I, Section 8 is known as the enumerated powers of the federal government. Regulation of marriages and abortions are included.
Amendment X, the last of the Bill of Rights, reserves the regulation of marriages and abortions to the states.
Our Texas State GOP Platform features four planks — 155, 156, 157, & 158 — that represent the majority of voters in Texas on the issues of homosexuality and gender. The Texas platform is truly grassroots from the precinct conventions, to the county and senate-district conventions, to the final product approved by the delegates to the 2022 Texas State Convention. I serve on the platform committee, representing Senate District 2.
If I know you are turning your attentions and your sentiments back to our constitutional republic and you cease from promoting homosexuality over natural man, I will readily support you in 2024.
I understand you have not embraced a Christian worldview. Actually, few church-going Christians have a solid Christian worldview. Perhaps you will consult with one man with whom I know you have a warm relationship, Pastor Robert Jeffress.
But for now, I block all your emails, and I removed the Trump bumper sticker.
