My first ever personal encounter with persons whose bodies have been surgically and chemically altered to ‘transition’ from male to female was at the 2022 Texas State GOP Convention, the largest political meeting in the entire world. My worldview of transgenderism as a political issue radically changed as I met and heard from victims of transgender surgeries and medications.
Unlawful order? What to do.
In recent years, law enforcement officers and federal employees have grudgingly obeyed unlawful orders, saying, “I have to do it. It’s my job.” Government employees must understand this crucial principle: your first duty is to secure the rights of the persons affected by the possible enforcement of an unlawful order or law. This principle is found in the first two sentences of the second paragraph of the Declaration of Independence.

The reason our country thrives under capitalism is there are more than 300 million minds involved in shaping the economy. A capitalist economy is natural. Willing sellers and willing buyers settle on the prices of goods and services. A socialist economy is doomed to fail because it is the creature of central planners. ESG is a form of central planning.
