What have I done to prepare for this ‘nightmare winter’? I invest in hours of prayer, asking God for wisdom.

We are debt-free, we live frugally, and we converted some cash into allocated gold.

I am unsure we qualify as ‘preppers’ because we haven’t sold the house and moved to an Idaho wilderness but we have set aside emergency food and water resources.

Socialism is a fatal trap for any society. As you read this, millions of people are living in government owned or government subsidized housing, receiving free medical care, and receive monthly welfare income that is often greater than the free-market earning power of the recipients.

Overall, the Democratic Party can best be understood as the poverty pimps who garner political power at the ballot box through handouts. Sadly, top Republicans like Mitch McConnell and John Cornyn cooperate hand-in-glove with the poverty pimps.

I close with my opinion on why ESG, climate alarmism, and LGBTQ promotion by governments are distractions that conceal the rise of a one-world communist government. The goal is the Great Reset. The World Economic Forum (WEF) was founded by German engineer and economist Klaus Schwab who says, “You will have nothing and be happy.” If the globalists can bankrupt America, they can bankrupt the entire world, leaving open a path forward to a one-world government.

The destruction of the oil and gas businesses around the world are key to destroying the American economy.
