Heaven or Hell? Choose the right travel agent!

Hell was not created for the children of God, those who have been redeemed by the blood of the Lamb of God through their confession of faith in Jesus Christ.

Hell was created for Satan and his angels, not for a child of God. The meaning of ‘child’ in this context is any person or thing regarded as the product of particular circumstances or influences. God’s children are the products of God’s supernatural influences; Satan’s children are the products of Satan’s supernatural influences.

God prepares Heaven for all mankind. God desires that none perish in hell but that all persons would become his children. Sadly, many people who believe good works will seal the deal will be rejected.

Jesus warns, “Enter at the narrow gate, for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who are going through it, because small is the gate and narrow is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.”

Many years ago, a wise old man said, “Going to church will not make you a Christian any more than going into a garage will make you a car.

At the lowest point in my life, I was three months shy of my 28th birthday. In August of 1974, God supernaturally healed me of hypertension. I became a new creature in Christ, a child of God.

God is my ‘travel agent.’ I highly recommend Him.

I recommend the video below to view the teaching on the subject of Hell by Pastor Josh Howerton of Lakepointe Church. Slide the timeline to 27:04 to bypass preliminary announcements and music.
