The Feast of Weeks, known as Shavuot in Hebrew, is a central feast of Judaism. It commemorates the giving of the Torah to Moses and was a joyous harvest celebration. Cyrene, with a significant Jewish population, played a role in the early Christian movement, and its residents, such as Simon and his sons Rufus and Alexander, had an impact on the spread of Christianity.

Call to Prayer: Our young military personnel spiritually “do not know their left hand from their right”
If you are a Believer in Jesus Christ and you are praying for our nation, please pray over our young men and women in the Armed Forces who are unable to discern between good and evil, right and wrong. God probably has a reluctant ‘Jonah’ who will preach repentance and salvation to them.
