8 U.S. Code § 1325 – Improper entry by alien
(a) Improper time or place; avoidance of examination or inspection; misrepresentation and concealment of facts
Any alien who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.
In summary of the law, unlawful entry into the United States is a federal crime. Violation of this law bars any and all illegal immigrants from citizenship.

Immigrant Children are Victims of the Democratic Party Crime Syndicate
In FY 2021, 122,000 unaccompanied minors that the federal government knows of entered our country. In FY 2022, another 130,000 unaccompanied minors that the federal government knows of entered our country.1
The sum of unaccompanied minors for FY 2023 is unpublished as of November 9, 2023. The Congressional Research Service estimates 8,500 per month, for an estimated minimum this year of 102,000.2
The FY 2021 and FY 2022 documented numbers added to the 2023 estimate of 102,000 reveal a staggering sum of 354,000 unaccompanied minors released to the custody of adults in this country. Reports show the government lost track of 85,000 migrant children, and some of those children may have been forced into labor in the U.S.3

Michael. P. Conlon, assistant special agent in charge of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York, reported that his office has prosecuted cases of “girls as young as 14 [who] have been … forced into prostitution.”
“They are held in apartments in Queens against their will and driven from appointment to appointment to have sex with men,” said Conlon. “They see 15, 20 men in an evening and all money is handed over to the trafficker.”

The Goal of the Democratic Party
At the political goal line of the Democratic Party’s game is the destruction of our constitutional republic. How will this goal be accomplished?
Suppose the Democratic Party regains majority control of all three branches of the federal government. In that case, election laws will be crafted to federalize all elections down to the municipal level, effectively transforming our country from a union of sovereign states into one solitary nation-state.
How will they get away with this? Democrat Senators will pack the Supreme Court with leftist judges that, along with the three present leftists, become the majority that will greenlight the statist transformation of our nation. In lieu of time-consuming constitutional amendments, the statist administration will act at will. When challenged, the statist Supreme Court will simply overrule the Constitution.
Over my lifetime, more than three-quarters of a century, the Democratic Party has transformed from a democracy to a statist. Statism is the principle or policy of concentrating extensive economic, political, and related controls in the state at the cost of individual liberty.4
I was born under the presidency of Democrat Harry Truman. In my South Texas hometown, all voters were Democrats. I assumed that party was my own. Up until 1980, I voted Democrat. 1980, I became a Republican when I voted for Ronald Reagan in the 1980 Republican Primary Election.
In my early voting years, the changes to the Democratic incrementally advanced the statist mindset. In retrospect, President Lyndon B. Johnson (D-TX) precipitated the transformation of the Democratic Party through the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Lyndon Johnson was reported in Kearn’s biography to say, “I’ll have those n*ggers voting Democratic for 200 years.“5
In 2007, then-Sen. Biden said this about then-Sen. Barack Obama: “I mean, you got the first mainstream African American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”6
At the end of an interview with Charlamagne tha God on “The Breakfast Club,” Joe Biden stated, “You’ve got more questions? Well, I tell you what, if you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black.”7
Days before the 2007 General Election, candidate Barack Hussein Obama publicly said, “We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.”
The United States of America is fundamentally a republic, a union of sovereign states governed under the authority of seven articles that formed our Constitution in 1787.
The Declaration of Independence was the foundation of our form of government. Our Judeo-Christian faith was unmistakably the foremost basis for the creation of our republic. Note: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.“
I quote from the preamble to the U.S. Constitution: “…the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity…” Blessings point to God’s expectation we will live according to His biblical precepts. e.g., Proverbs 10:22, Psalm 33:12
In 1956, the President approved a Joint Resolution of the 84th Congress declaring “In God We Trust” as the official national motto of the United States of America.
In summary, statism is the antithesis of democracy. Communism is statism. Socialism is statism. The Democratic Socialists of America is a statist political organization. Present U.S. Representatives, known as The Squad, are supported by this statist organization.
Replay the Tucker Carlson video. Pay attention to his observations on first-time voters.
The fundamental transformation of the United States of America is underway, but most Democratic voters are unaware of this. German Jews and Christians could have prevented the fundamental transformation of Germany from a democracy to a totalitarian state, a statist state. Still, they ignored all signs pointing to the fundamental transformation of their country.
First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.
