We are endowed by our Creator with inalienable natural rights that are protected by the first ten amendments to the Constitution, the Bill of Rights. Our Creator prohibits specific sexual behaviors, including incest, bestiality, adultery, and homosexuality. All natural rights come from God, who also prohibits specific behaviors.
Homosexuality cannot be a right because it is a prohibited behavior. Rights and prohibitions are antithetical, in direct and unequivocal opposition.
Homosexuality is not an unpardonable sin. The Apostle Paul addressed this matter in a letter to the Christians in the city of Corinth. Read: 1 Corinthians 6:9-11
