Why Does God Outlaw Murder?

Proverbs 19:21 says, “Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.”

God has a great plan for your life while Satan has a terrible plan for your life.

First, the terrible

What is grace? Grace comes from the Greek word charis, meaning gift.

What is inside the gift? Find the answer to this question in Philippians 2:13: “for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose.”

The grace from God is a gift of the power and the desire to do God’s will.

More than 64 million American babies were denied their divine purpose, according to the will of God.

Each person has a divine purpose. This is why God prohibits murder. Abortion is murder.

Summary

You have a desire to do something, something for which God has empowered you. Often, people confuse lust and holy desire. How do you discern the two? If lust, you will want to do something that will harm others or yourself. If holy desire, you will want to do something that is of immediate benefit to your fellow man, and by extension, the Kingdom of God.
