Former President and Founding Father Thomas Jefferson famously stated, “I know no safe depository of the ultimate powers of the society but the people themselves. If we think they are not enlightened enough to exercise their control with wholesome discretion, the remedy is not to take it from them. Instead, we should inform their discretion by education. This is the true corrective of abuses of constitutional power.”
Copies of the Ten Commandments in every classroom are a good start. Still, those public school teachers who subscribe to the atheistic dogma of the current-day Democratic Party. They persist as a threat to our hard-won freedoms.
I am not the first to prescribe wholesome education as a remedy to atheism. Jesus Christ said, “You shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free.” His last instruction to humanity before ascending to Heaven was a mandate, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
