Reparations or Love? It’s not a difficult choice.

In the news — The Dallas Express, April 10, 2024: TX Congresswoman Suggests Exempting Black People From Taxes

On the one hand, I like Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett’s idea because, if passed into law, my wife and I would celebrate living tax-free. “But, you and your wife are ‘white’ people. How would you become exempt from taxation?” you may ask.

The answer is easy. It’s found in the 14th Amendment, Section 1. All persons enjoy “equal protection of the laws.” Black citizens are persons. White people are persons. If black people become exempt from taxation by law, my wife and I will likewise become exempt from taxation. Equal means the same or alike in quantity, degree, value, etc.

Communists, socialists, and anarchists strive to resegregate our people. Try as they may to resegregate and divide and conquer us, those two pesky constitutional amendments, the 13th and the 14th, stand in their way.

As per Article 6 of the Constitution, “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.”

The Supreme Law of the Land answers to a higher law, the Law of God.

My grandfather, Joseph Warren White, served in the Confederate Army at age 13. It was the end of the Civil War; he obviously survived. He married and raised nine children. Daddy was the middle child.

No one in my family line ever owned slaves. Few Americans alive today ever had slavery in their family line.

Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett has fallen prey to leftist racist propaganda. Jasmine presupposes that because some white people owned slaves, all white people were guilty.

What if she knew there were black plantation owners with black slaves? Learn about them from African-American slave owners.

There is the law above the Supreme Law of the Land. It is the Supreme Law of the Universe, God’s Word, the Holy Bible.

Yet you say, “Why should the son not bear the punishment of the iniquity of the father?” When the son has done what is lawful and right, and has kept all My statutes, and has done them, he shall surely live. The soul who sins shall die. The son shall not bear the punishment of the iniquity of the father, nor shall the father bear the punishment of the iniquity of the son. The righteousness of the righteous shall be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon himself.Ezekiel 18:19-20

Scientia potentia est. Knowledge is power.

Here in the year of our Lord, 2024, we realize public education is not serving the interests of the next generations. Depending on the evaluator, Texas public education is, at worst, ranked 41 in the nation and 38 at best.

DEI and homosexuality promoted in Texas public schools leave our next generation indoctrinated in unAmerican ideals while depriving children of a sound education in the basics of American history and civics. Jasmine Crockett exemplifies the problem.

An educated mind is essential to good government and a bright future.

The Bible, God’s Word, is the best resource for healing our nation from the ravages of heinous indoctrination contrary to the Laws of God. The song The Black Eyed Peas – Where Is The Love? points to the problem of our society today. “♫ If you never know truth, then you never know love ♪”

When the Pharisees heard that He silenced the Sadducees, they came together. One of them, who was a lawyer, tested Him by asking Him, “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the law?”

Jesus said to him, “ ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.
