A recent mass mailer produced by the Associated Republicans of Texas (ACT) promoting neocon Justin Holland, the incumbent HD33 representative, ACT ignorantly describes Dennis London as someone who “moved to Texas to run for office.”
ACT attempts to smear Dennis’ reputation by pointing to one disgraced Republican House member, one among many, who opposed the appointment of Democrats to chair key House committees. Dennis was one of MANY conservative Republicans who publicly opposed Dade Phelan’s appointment of Democrat Chairs. I also had my “BAN DEMOCRAT CHAIRS” tee shirt when we filled the House gallery. Thank you, ACT, for reminding voters that Justin Holland supported Democrat Chairs.
The Associated Republicans of Texas (ACT) got one fact straight. Dennis and his wife moved from California to Texas.
The Londons left California for the same reason many new arrivals to Rockwall County also left California behind: political corruption, exorbitant taxes, lawlessness, and outrageous state laws. They brought their business with them. They moved to McLendon-Chisholm, Texas, in 2018.

Dennis immediately engaged with the Republican Party. He worked with our SD2 Representative to the State Republican Party Executive Committee (SREC) by presenting a “Don’t California My Texas” campaign.
Dennis is a US Marine Corps veteran. I am a US Navy veteran, but we get along very well despite the USMC subordinate relationship with the US. Navy.
Dennis is a member of the Terry Fisher American Legion Post 117 in Rockwall, a devout Christian, and an outstanding citizen.
Unlike the incumbent neocon Justin Holland, Dennis London respects the Texas State Republican Party Platform.
Holland disdains the Texas State Republican Party. His constituency includes Democrats and Austin lobbyists.

The Rockwall County Republican Party Executive Committee addressed Holland’s legislative actions in a letter. See below:

The Democratic Party has not and will not endorse Dennis London. Dennis declined lobbyist big money. He is not for sale to the highest bidder.
I voted for Dennis London for Representative, House District 33, this Tuesday morning, the first day of early voting.
