Life
For the life of the flesh is in the blood… Leviticus 17:11

Blood begins to flow in the baby about 15 to 16 days after fertilization. Around day 21, the heart begins beating. source
Points of Law
Article the seventh… No person … shall be deprived of life … without due process of law
Bill of Rights, the Seventh Amendment, U. S. Government Archives
1 U.S. Code § 8 – “Person”, “human being”, “child”, and “individual” as including born-alive infant
- “the words “person”, “human being”, “child”, and “individual”, shall include every infant member of the species homo sapiens who is born alive at any stage of development.”
- “born alive” means … who after such expulsion … has a beating heart, pulsation of the umbilical cord … regardless of whether the umbilical cord has been cut, and regardless of whether the expulsion or extraction occurs as a result of natural or induced labor, cesarean section, or induced abortion.
Abortions would be much safer for the mother if the babies were to be extracted intact, but abortionists intentionally kill and dismember babies in the womb to make the murder legal under the above federal definition of a living person.
- Under Article I, Section 8, the enumerated powers of the federal government do not empower the federal government to allow the killing of babies whether in or out of the mother’s womb.
- Contrary to the definitions in U.S. Code § 8, the states of Alaska (Republican), Colorado (Democrat), New Hampshire (Democrat), New Jersey (Democrat), New Mexico (Democrat), New York (Democrat), Oregon (Democrat), and Vermont (Democrat), along with Washington, D.C. (Democrat) allow unborn babies to be aborted through all nine months of pregnancy and have done so for years. The lists of blues states and red states show the country evenly divided on a partisan line. Texas is the least ‘red state’ but we were 100% Democrat in bygone years. Here is how the red states rank: Wyoming (R+26), West Virginia (R+23), North Dakota (R+20), Oklahoma (R+20), Idaho (R+19), Arkansas (R+16), Kentucky (R+16), South Dakota (R+16), Alabama (R+15), Texas (R+15)
Adult Analogs to Infant Abortions
There is a true horror story out of Oregon of a 41-year-old man who died from falling into a meat grinder. There is another, this one about Michael Raper, a young man of 26 years also died when he fell into an industrial meat grinder in a sausage factory.
While you can imagine the horror of a 41-year-old man or a 26-year-old man slowly, agonizingly dying as a meat grinder chews them up, can you imagine the horror of 64,101,560 children (as of 3:10pm on 8 May 2022) who have been dismembered, cut apart alive in their mothers’ wombs?
Constitutional Relief
Article I of the Constitution, Section 8 lists the limited powers of the federal government. Not one empowers the federal government to manage or practice abortions.
The key constitutional element that applies to the abortion issue is the Tenth Amendment.
Amendment X | The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Abortion of babies is an authority reserved for the States.
