  • Over 30 years in law enforcement retiring as a Captain in 2015. Served as the department’s representative for Special Olympics (3yrs).
  • Volunteered for safety functions at St. Anne’s Episcopal Church (of which I am a member)
  • Lead cooperative effort with Duncanville Police to establish a local woman’s shelter
  • Currently serve on my HOA board

FPlease state in 25 words or less how you expect to add value to the office you seek. By providing a new and different perspective to the position of City Council Representative. My background in law enforcement is unique to the current make up of the City Council.

GElected School Board members and City Council members are representatives of the residents within the boundaries of the limits of your city and the school district. As an elected representative, what do you believe is your most fundamental duty to your prospective constituents? To listen to our citizens and tax payers.

HWhat is your voting record? A precinct chairperson of either party can access your voting record online. All Texas residents have access to your voting record by means of the Texas Public Information Act. Conservative.

A lifetime (over 50 years) of experiences with automation and control systems ranging from aerospace navigation, radar, and ordinance delivery systems to the world's first robotic drilling machine for the oil patch, to process-control systems, energy management systems and general problem-solving.
