Oscar, a proud Persian Gulf War veteran, will be honored with a funeral service on March 7, 2024, at Greenwood Funeral Home in Fort Worth, TX, and burial at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. After 44 years of marriage, Oscar is fondly remembered by his wife Lily. The service will be hosted by the Terry Fisher American Legion Post 117.
