Democracy advocates eschew the Rule of Law, a bedrock of the republican form of government mandated by the U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 4. Democrats believe their opinions are superior to the law, therefore licensing themselves to ignore the Supreme Law of the Land. The majority rule unrestrained by the Rule of Law is mob rule, as Founding Father James Madison so noted in Federalist No. 55.
A contemporary bad example of Democratic Party mob rule is a news story in the Dallas Express, July 27, 2024, Anti-Gun Advocacy Group Spends Big on Kamala Harris.
Are not the Democrats simply concerned about preventing deaths and injuries?
Let’s look at the 2022 death statistics published by the CDC National Center for Health Statistics.
The 2022 CDC Firearm Injury and Death Prevention cites, “In 2022, there were more than 48,000 firearm-related deaths in the
United States according to mortality data.”
Why do Democrats despise gun owners? Democrats are practical atheists. All tyrants are practical atheists.
Is there a lawful, constitutional means to disarm all American gun owners? Yes, through Article V, the prescribed method for amending the U.S. Constitution. Thankfully, our republican form of government does not license mob rule. The states are reasserting their sovereignty. The Second Amendment will NEVER be rescinded.
Don’t Democrats want to protect citizens? No, as evidenced by the actions of District Attorneys in all the major cities. At the top of the list of lawlessness is Kamala Harris, who claims to be tough on crime.

“But critics say that Harris’ record as a prosecutor, first as the district attorney in San Francisco and later as the California attorney general, reveals a political chameleon rather than a tough-on-crime top cop, according to interviews with current and former law enforcement leaders across the state, civil rights advocates and politicians.”
Chameleon? Letitia James and Alvin Bragg are ‘Kamaleons‘ who claim to uphold the law while enabling criminals and prosecuting political rivals.
