Using your online contact form, I objected to funding the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). Your response to me acknowledged my advocacy for PEPFAR. To the contrary, I DO NOT ADVOCATE for PEPFAR. Your reply of July 21, 2023, was apparently a mass mailing of identical statements to both advocates (if any) and opponents of further squandering of taxpayer dollars.
Why do I object? Are you not aware of the astronomical national debt hanging over our collective heads? I know you are.

Congressman Fallon, I am personally acquainted with fiat currencies. Communist Cuba follows the USSR ruble model with a common peso for use within the country and a convertible peso (CUC) for international exchange. Both are fiat currencies.
Another Biden Administration initiative is to implement a central bank digital currency (CBDC). At this point, what has Joe Biden done that actually benefits all Americans? I challenge you to name one executive branch beneficial action, just one.
The CBDC is one more tool in the White House toolbox tailored to increase the surveillance of and control over all U.S. citizens except the oligarchs.
While I have your attention, if I have your attention, in recent correspondence, I have addressed the issue of accountability of the billions of dollars haphazardly thrown on the pre-World War 3 bonfire, another of Joe Biden’s initiatives.

Is it not the duty of the House of Representatives to account for government expenditures? Are you not on the Committee on Oversight and Accountability? Does the committee have “boots on the ground” in Ukraine?
