Ramadan Saber Rattling

The East Plano Islamic Center (EPIC) likely defies the U.S. Constitution and Texas laws—what you need to know

During what is said to be one of the holiest and most reflective periods in Islam—Ramadan—Yasir Qadhi used his platform not for prayer or peace, but for political provocation. His timing was no coincidence. Just weeks after RAIR Foundation released its bombshell exposé detailing Qadhi’s central role in engineering the Islamization of America—and after our viral report exposing EPIC City, the controversial Sharia-style compound being advanced by the East Plano Islamic Center—Qadhi took the stage with a clear and chilling message: Islamization of America is not only underway—it’s unstoppable.

What is Sharia?

Sharia means “the correct path” in Arabic. In Islam, it refers to the divine counsel that Muslims follow to live moral lives and grow close to God. Sharia is derived from two main sources: the Quran, which is considered the direct word of God, and hadith—thousands of sayings and practices attributed to the Prophet Mohammed that collectively form the Sunna. Some of the traditions and narratives included in these sources evolved from those in Judaism and Christianity, the other major Abrahamic religions. Shiite Muslims include the words and deeds of some of the prophet’s family in the Sunna. Nonetheless, sharia largely comprises the interpretive tradition of Muslim scholars.

The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR)—Understanding Sharia: The Intersection of Islam and the Law

A Quick History of Islam

Islam originated in the Arab culture. Thus, it is essential to know Arabic history before 610 AD.

Islam began in 610 AD. Muhammad claimed to have received a revelation from the angel Gabriel in Mecca. Muhammad claimed to have further revelations until he died in 632 AD.

Long before the birth of Jesus Christ in Jerusalem, Jewish colonies flourished in the Arabian peninsula. Arabs became Jewish proselytes as far back as 300 BC. On the Day of Pentecost, 1 AD, Arab proselytes were there and received the Holy Spirit. Read Acts 2:1-12, five centuries before Muhammad began his preaching.

On the day of Pentecost in 1 AD, Arabs became Christian converts from Judaism. Over the next 500 years, Arabic Christianity spread throughout the Middle East and into Northern Africa.

John Mark, the writer of the third gospel, was born in Cyrene (Libya) in North Africa. Mark’s parents, Aristopolis (Rom 15:10) and Mary (Act 12:12), were wealthy diaspora Jews living in Cyrene and were members of the tribe of Levi. Early in his life, Mark’s parents were forced from Cyrene and moved to Jerusalem, where they had a large home with an “upper room” (Acts 12:12).

The African Roots of the Day of Pentecost

There are Arab Christians for whom their Christian history dates to the Day of Pentecost. One living example of Arab Christianity today is Kasr El-Dobara Evangelical Church in Cairo, Egypt. I learned from Pastor Sameh Maurice that in his family line, no one has ever been a Muslim. We met and talked years ago at Lakepointe Church in Rockwall, Texas.

The Big Picture: The Islamic Goal

World Domination goal Quran 9:5

And when the sacred months have passed, then kill the polytheists wherever you find them and capture them and besiege them and sit in wait for them at every place of ambush. But if they should repent, establish prayer, and give zakah, let them [go] on their way. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

Quran 9:30

The Jews say, “Ezra is the son of Allah “; and the Christians say, “The Messiah is the son of Allah .” That is their statement from their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved [before them]. May Allah destroy them; how are they deluded?

Understanding Sharia Law

Sharia Law plays a multifaceted role in Islamic societies, influencing not only legal matters but also social, economic, and cultural practices. In many Muslim-majority countries, Sharia serves as a foundation for personal status laws, governing areas such as marriage, divorce, inheritance, and child custody….

The Basics of Sharia Law: A Comprehensive Summary Explained in Simple Terms — Understanding the Role of Sharia Law in Islamic Societies

The ultimate authority under Sharia law is the Quran.

Is Sharia law constitutional? No. I explain.

The Founding Fathers of the USA were immigrants and descendants of European countries, chiefly Great Britain. Customarily, each European country had a state-sponsored religion. For example, France’s state religion was Catholicism. In Great Britain, it was the Church of England.

The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution prohibits the establishment of a state religion. Today, according to the World Population Review, there are 14 nations ruled under Sharia law. 27 nations allow Sharia law to govern over Muslims only.

In the United States of the Supreme Law of the Land is the Constitution, the laws made in pursuance of the Constitution, and the Treaties. (Article VI)

As per Article IV, Section 4, every state must have a Republican form of government. What is the Republican form of government? The word republic derives from the Latin phrase res publica, “the people’s thing.” The highest authority in this form of government is the people. This form of government derives all its powers directly or indirectly from the great body of the people.

The U.S. Constitution features the divisions of power within the Republican form of government:

  • A legislative branch
  • An executive branch, and
  • A Judicial branch

The three branches ensure a balance of power. No single branch can assume powers over the others. This balance preserves the Republican form of government.

Closing on a Religious Note

Muslims ignorantly describe Christians and Jews as polytheists, believers in many gods. Jews and Christians believe in the God of the Bible. The authors of the New Testament, with one exception, were all Jews. Jesus Christ was 100% Jewish. The difference between the Jewish Bible and the Christian Bible is that the Christian Bible largely quotes the Jewish Bible. Collectively, the two Bibles span 6,000 years.

The chief difference between Jews and Christians is the recognition of the Messiah. We Christians recognize Jesus Christ; the Jews still await the Messiah’s appearance.

Another force uniting Jews and Christians is the persecution of Jews and Christians by Muslims.

Muslims have successfully taken control of Great Britain. British Jews are fleeing England to escape persecution by Muslims. Anti-Semitism is not new to Great Britain.

Pray for Jews in England. Pray for Israel. Pray for President Trump.
